Include Standard Cookie Cutter Templates #4

Here we would include our standard CC templates, rather than store and manage these as a separate project.

Consider the implications of this. Do we want to integrate?

After some consideration, I don't think there is a reason to include cookiecutter templates as part of this repo. It's better to keep them separate and installable from individual repos.
