The checkoutproject command has been it easy to automatically (intelligently) checkout a source code repo. See #45

However, this does create a new data store in ~/.pyprojectutils/repos/. It would be handy to have a command that lists the known repos.

We could incorporate listing both local meta data and remote repos.
