Merge latest changes into atomic-css #61

The purpose of this pull request is to merge the changes on the development branch into the atomic-css branch.

The current version of the development branch contains changes from four major branches - single_job_page https://github.com/develop-me/bagajob/pull/39, add_job_forms https://github.com/develop-me/bagajob/pull/41, user_account_page_and_auth_functionality https://github.com/develop-me/bagajob/pull/42 and display-and-edit-jobs https://github.com/develop-me/bagajob/pull/60 - as well as other changes from minor branches. These changes are not present in the atomic-css branch.
