Actually, it makes sense to NOT install anything and instead use NPX to run stuff, since it ships with node, we just need to detech whether node is installed

Playing devil's advocate, in my experience most packages do not autodetect dependency support. Many packages spec this in the readme under an Install section.

What do you think about just specifying what external dependencies are needed in the readme for now?
