User Story:

As a user, I want to see the name and information about our application in the browser tab, So that I have context for what is on the site

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] In index.html, change the meta content property and the title tag to show the text "Halogen | The versatile virtual lightbox"
[x] Verify your changes locally in the browser tab
