User Story:

As a user, I want to have the light ring stay as a perfect circle, So that the app looks consistent across all screen sizes

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Update the .lightbox-circle css styling so that the circle in the center does not get distorted when the screen changes
One of the things we can do is to set the height and width of the circle using rem values instead of percentages.
Also we can drop the margin off of the circle, and align it using flexbox on the parent element instead
