Set constraints for `main` element #138

User Story:

As a User, I want to see a consistent layout on the site, So that even on very large screens the content looks good

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Find and apply the tailwind class for margin-auto to the main element (this will keep main centered in the page)
[x] Find and apply the tailwind class for max-width of an XL screen to the main element (this will keep our content from getting too wide on large monitors)
