Login/Sign up modal UI - Githubissues

User Story:

As a user, I want to be able to login or register with an easy to understand modal , So that I can use halogen in a more meaningful and curated way

This story is just for the UI of the login/sign up modal. The functionality will come in another story

[x] Create a new react component that will contain all of our login JSX, so that our code can stay more organized and readable.
[x] Add functionality to the "Sign up" button that triggers the modal to open on click
[x] The modal component should have a background overlay that covers the whole site so that you can only interact with the modal
[x] The component should use position: absolute to be able to cover everything, including the navbar
[x] The modal itself should be styled with TailwindCSS classes and use the input component and the gradient line component that was created earlier
[x] When the user clicks outside of the modal window, or on the "X", the modal should close

All necessary assets have been attached to this story

Note: You do NOT need to worry about animations at this point
