User Story:

As a User, I want to be able to use the Halogen App on my phone, So that I don't need to have an additional monitor to use the app. I can use my phone to get quality lighting.

Acceptance Criteria:

We want to create a feature allows the app display to proportionally adjust itself to varying screen sizes.
