Subject of the issue

The features such as Dictionary, Translation, Magnifier, and Remove Italics and underscore are not in the readme file

Accordingly, update the readme file and also add images for the same.

Expected behavior

Updated Readme with all features

Actual behavior

Some features are still missing, like Dictionary, Translation, Magnifier, and Remove Italics and underscore
