Google Spreadsheets - Sheet Name not used when sheet auto created. #77

1. Specifing and sheet name when allowing google docs to generate the 
spreadsheet has no effect. The sheet name remains as Sheet 1.

2. If the form is then posted a second time the form fails as the specified 
sheet name does not match.

Yep, you're correct.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention.  I'll take a 
look and get this corrected.
