Add warning, that eclipse is orphaned and point to eclipse.org for installation instructions.

Hi, thanks for the PR.

While the eclipse IDE has truly been orphaned, I was thinking of replacing RPM instructions with Flatpak instructions.

IOW instead of a deprecation note about the instructions, let's fix the instructions instead.

Fine for me. Unfortunately, I do not know flatpak, so I am of no help here. :(
