The page has outdated information. The commands referenced do not work on recent Fedora versions:

sudo dnf install groovy
No match for argument: groovy
Error: Unable to find a match: groovy

and

dnf search groovy      
No matches found.

Hi, thanks for the report.

Groovy is not available for some time in Fedora and the page itself seems to be using wrong formatting.

So moving forward that page will need to be either using other means of installing or remove/replace the page with explanation of why is it not possible to install anymore.
