Fix #88 #89

Tries to fix issue #88 , the docker file might be failing to build because there's no .git folder

@darshkpatel, it wasn't failing previously (before we updated the Dockerfile), so one of our changes did fail that. Also, locally it works fine, so this is dockerhub-specific issue. It may be affected by the removed VOLUME directive instead. Unfortunatelly I do not have time trying that out. Can you try that?
