I liked a machine learning data analysis script, which will analyse all the crimes in indian scenario according to past trends and other circumstances. It will analyse all the crimes state wise and time zone wise.

Hello @sujanrupu, thank you for your contribution. Just there are some things that you have to modify about the naming convention just change Dataset-Issue#18 to dataset-18 and in the notebook change the name Issue-#18 to issue-18.

And one more thing you don't have to write the accuracy in the README.md, just specify I you have anything related to a notebook or what things you used in that. You have to specify accuracy in the notebook or it's okay for now if you don't know how to calculate accuracy. Just apply the upper suggestions.
