Test in macOS Big Sur 11.2

It was built on top of Anaconda 3 on my Mac, but I'm not sure if Anaconda 3 is not installed on Mac. If someone creates an issue of it, I will write an anaconda installation.

+I just found that Ctrl in shortcuts have to be replaced to Cmd(command in keyboard) in macOS. I couldn't write this part in README, so if you merge this PR, please edit this part as well. Thanks.
