I waited 30 minuets for it to load and it didnt. i havent installed any shirts yet and i was wondering if it comes with any for free?

Desperate much? In this case that indicates the mod failed to load, from a broken shirt to no shirts being found at all. That seems to be in the case in your situation based on "i havent installed any shirts yet"
