it might be false positive but windows defender with THE new version like the other updates it was fine but now it just delete it automaticly cuz it thinks its a trojan:win32/wacatac.b!ml

It's a false positive. BepInEx plugins have been getting false-flagged quite a bit recently so you should be all good. Remember that the mod is open-sourced and you can see all of the code for it.
