2 years ago That maybe .mp4 format or other that can be browser a supported format
If its an mp4 / media file wait until it start playing,
- a 3dots appear in playing section -->click -->download (on Android)
- If its desktop right click on playing media --> click download video option
Best and effective way is by using a proper download manager like FDM or ADM or XDM or Aria2
- copy that file link and paste in your desired download manager
can only download first file when clicking other files they are opening not downloading
