Change group photo to JPG output #19

Updates the outputted group image to use JPG, rather than PNG, to reduce file size—previously it was around 9mb for 80 images.

I'm going to close this one since I handled it in a group photo refactor I did to avoid conflicts -- really good call on the jpeg it is a wayyyyyy more manageable size thanks @superhighfives
