In Lightning softphone calls are going but unable to hear the voice #16

In Open cti lightning outbound call is going but voice is not audible and for inbound calls screen is not popping up..

@vish9845 Hey were you able to find a solution? I was able to make a call but on pick up i have background music i have no idea what it is or how to fix it
