Request: Option to automatically open after start-up. #17

Convenient option so that we don't have to keep manually opening the .exe.

It is easy to implement. However, while it is running when League is not, it has to constantly check for the League process, which in turns take up a huge load of CPU %. Besides, you just need to run the exe to open League instead of running the shortcut, there's no difference lol
