Right now people can do stuff and no one really knows who has done it - like revealing votes, clearing votes, turning on cat mode, etc.
It would be cool if we had a little notification when something like this happened - partly for fun, and partly for audit.
Imagine a little box at the top like "Tyrannoseanus Rex turned on cat mode!"
