[ ] If audio clip is over configured limit [5 seconds], the search functionality is disabled
[ ] A banner/other visible signifier element is displayed if the clip is over the limit and indicates that clipping is necessary
[ ] Search functionality is enabled once audio clip is under the required limit

This should be true for audio clips under 5 seconds

@oliverroick this limitation stays. Search can only be performed on audio clips that are exactly 5 seconds
