Story

I can select individual sites or a range of sites with which to filter the results

Requirements

[x] I can select individual sites dropdown with all possible sites
[x] I can click "Select on map" to interact with site filters on the map, which opens a modal
[x] The "Site Selection Filter" modal displays the map of all possible sites
[x] Sites may be individually toggled on the map to select them
[x] I can draw a rectangular bounding box over the map to select all sites within an arbitrary area

As a potential follow on enhancement to #93 - @willemarcel implemented a similar feature on another project with react select. This would permit the use of a search field and other enhancements.
