Time indicator get misplaced while panning the spectrogram #34

How to reproduce

Load an audio file
Zoom the spectrogram to level 2
Start panning the spectrogram

Expected behaviour

Both the time indicator should move simultaneously
The time indicator stays in position on the spectrogram

Actual behaviour

The time indicator moves around but not the spectrogram
