Wire up the search form with the API and add initial results display

• Refactors the search-form functions into its own hooks useSearchForm
• Add a form-submit handler that submits the selected file to the API and populates the result
• Adds two result views
  • TableView to display results in a table
  • GridView to display results in a grid, card size is configurable
• Adds view switcher functionality
