Manually input the start and end time of the selected clip

Extend the in and out time display of the clip so users can manually enter the desired times.

Requirements

• When I enter a time in either windows I can do so in mm:ss format
• I receive and error when I enter an invalid time. Support the following conditions
  • The entered start or end times are outside the audio duration (<0 or > audio duration)
  • The entered time is invalid (the entered seconds is <0 or >60 and the entered minute is < 0)
• When the input field looses focus, the displayed the clip window in the spectrogram automatically updates
• When the clip window is updated, the spectrogram center matches the center of the clip
