Implements #46, #47

Adds checkboxes to each result
Adds download button
Adds useDownload hook, which manages selected-result and composes the download CSV
Adds number-of-selected items display and clear button

Note Not included here is "Selected results are cleared if filters are changed" fro #46, which requires at least #93 to be merged. I've created https://github.com/developmentseed/bioacoustics-frontend/issues/94 to follow up later.
