The format keyword is confusing #9

Hi,

I found the format keyword (for each properties) a bit confusing. Bones document is using it for how to format the value and the form, while JSON Schema is using it to define how you should validate the values (http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-zyp-json-schema-03#section-5.23).

What do you think?
