Problem description

The demos link on https://eoapi.dev/intro/ is broken. https://github.com/developmentseed/eoAPI/blob/main/docs/src/intro.md?plain=1#L73

Expected Output

A page with other demos. I suspect it was meant to point to: https://github.com/developmentseed/eoAPI/tree/main/demo
