I've added a few things to the PR:

Quick review of some content (primarily typos)
Add an important note at the beginning of the notebook on authentication, getting started with eoAPI and endpoints being for demonstration purposes
Add a what's next section at the end of the notebook

@vincentsarago will merge into the main, and we can review with the #132 afterward. It'll be easier to review both at the same time.
