Update deployment documentation #173

right now the eoapi-cdk part refers to the deployment of the custom runtimes hosted in the eoAPI repo but I think we should talk about the stack hosted in eoapi-template

Do you mean that the cdk deployment commands should use https://github.com/developmentseed/eoapi-template rather than https://github.com/developmentseed/eoapi.git ?

I think that makes sense
