Items not displaying in Collections for vector data imports #35

For the vector data imported, they show up well directly in the tipg instance: https://eoapi.ifrc-risk.k8s.labs.ds.io/vector/collections

Also, the STAC collections show up, for eg https://d1ungsfffbo109.cloudfront.net/collections/population_hexbins/

However, the STAC collections there don't show the datasets / items within that collection.

@Rub21 we will need to investigate why. Likely the STAC record created for the Item does not reference the Collection correctly? Assigning this to you, happy to look together.
