@developmentseed/all I'm adding a note to jekyll-hook that we longer maintain this repository. Let me know if there are any objections, thoughts on this PR.

I just wanted to say I'm still using this and appreciate all the work that went into it. I also appreciate the clear retirement rather than just being slowly abandoned.
