Calculate indicator for agriculture indicators #31

This PR adds calculation of the following indicators:

agriculture production
agriculture potential (WIP)

The last one is a WIP. The indicator is being calculated using the indicator-from-area methodology, but this may change to a methodology that involves calculating the distance to the closest cluster.
