Add/edit features while recording GPX track #273

Bug report about editing a way while recording a gps track:

Was walking with recording a gps track, while attempting to edit a way. While I was in the Edit Way the app said my track was still recording, but I walked several hundred more meters on this screen and the gpx track was actually not being recorded when I was finished.

It would be pretty cool if adding/editing features was possible while separately recording the gps track, and I think is reasonable expected behavior.

@sethvincent I was able to add and edit features while recording GPS. I suspect this is related to something with the gps data accuracy that it wasn't actually recording. Or perhaps it was recording but not visible on the map. The user has to turn on the layer.
