Change "View Feature Detail" screen title #284

Addresses #278. I also changed the action text for editing the geometry.

@geohacker I just added a fix for https://github.com/developmentseed/observe/issues/277 here. It will disable edit actions for delete features and replace "Edit Coordinates" with "This feature was deleted". This is ready for review.
