Flags and deletes invalid Polygons in additions to LineStrings

TODO:

Of the remaining nodes on the invalid object, delete the nodes if they are orphaned.

This seems to be working alright in my tests. We should have some way of notifying the user that deleting all but 1 or 2 nodes depending on the type will delete the feature. I made an issue for that so we can follow up on it separately later: https://github.com/developmentseed/observe/issues/318
