Ensure CGIMap works by default #302

@Rub21 it would be great to at some point bring the CGIMap changes we made for OHM upstream into osm-seed and verifies that it works.

Also ensuring this works in https://github.com/developmentseed/osm-seed/issues/338 too, so this issue can be closed 👍
