Remove all interface links from auth.mapping.teams #376

When logged in, auth.mapping.team provides links to URLs that result in 404's, as these pages are not hosted on the auth domain.

The "welcome" box links should be removed, as should the sidebar.

@kamicut is auth.mapping.team a separate codebase? How can I remove these elements? image
