`/clients` URL is failing #383

The request to https://mapping.team/api/clients is failing with 404 error.

Links to clients urls from developers page removed in #413

References to the /clients page have been removed from osm-teams. The /clients path is now part of auth.mapping.team: https://auth.mapping.team/api/clients. We will need to ensure that this is updated throughout the osm-teams docs
