Display team location as text in header, rather than displaying map

Todo:

[ ] Ensure async geocoding action is modeled correctly
- currently, location loads after team page load; may need to add logic to componentDidMount
[ ] Handle errors in more robust way
[ ] Handle default locations
[ ] Remove team page map
