OSM Teams is caching previous logged user

How to reproduce:

• Log in on OSM Teams with a user
• Log out that user on OSM.org
• Log out that user on OSM Teams
• Log in again on OSM Teams

It will log in the previous user without asking for authorization on OSM.org, even if you log in on OSM.org with another user.

It's also affecting the Tasking Manager integration, after switching users on TM, the OSM Teams API returns the teams list of the previous user.
