Prediction tiles are overlayed after switching checkpoints #133

Prediction tiles from previous checkpoint are overlayed over/under the latest checkpoint when switching checkpoints after a retrain

It also appears that the checkpoint stats are not loading, causing the secondary panel to not render (#127)

To reproduce:

Retrain a model
Save checkpoint
Switch back to any other checkpoint
