Need legend and some written context #8

We need a way to tell a user that green networks are microgrids, blue networks are grid-connections, and translucent dots are already-electrified customers. Prescribed medium voltage lines are shown larger, and low voltage lines are smaller. Generation site and transformer locations are also shown. Maybe a legend or a modal would work well for this.

It would also be helpful to state somewhere that, "For this demonstration, the Universal Access team made guesses as to which identified buildings were grid electrified, and which ones were not electrified at all. Low voltage distribution network geodata was unavailable, so grid estimates were made based on high voltage and medium voltage distribution data. Grid extensions plans necessarily connect to our estimations of the existing grid location (not shown)."
