These should upload to the bucket road-data-production-haiti:

https://github.com/developmentseed/road-planning-datapipeline/blob/master/road-network/extract-ways.js should be integrated with https://github.com/developmentseed/road-planning-datapipeline/blob/master/road-network/road.sh so it uploads to the prod bucket as well

OD Pair generation should be in this repo as well.
