Use correct profile #28

The osrm files are used for the eaul calculations which must account for RUC based routing

@olafveerman from what I've gathered, the osrm transformation is happening in 2 places. One to generate the AADT segments (that we gave to Xavier) and here.

The aadt segments use a routing that is not based on RUC so the other profile is needed.
