Ab/add mursst cmr collection #10

This PR adds:

  1. static STAC collection metadata for the MUR-JPL-L4-GLOB-v4_1 collection in CMR
  2. a notebook used to generate the STAC metadata, which includes the data cube and renders extensions.

I'm not sure we should keep the notebook in this repo but it seems the simplest thing to do.

realizing there is only 1 timestep represented in the dimensions size (1) which should be 1 for every day. we also need to add the step https://github.com/stac-extensions/datacube#temporal-dimension-object
