For lesson 4a and day 3 buildathon regression part.

Walks through use of GEE Python API to obtain and process imagery, use of TF and Keras to train a U-Net regression model, save weights and run/visualize predictions.

ds_book condo env?

Didn't know we were supporting one, but I don't think focusing effort on local setups is worth it. Maybe revisit if time allows at the end. Right now, this works in colab.

Otherwise, will make the suggested grammar change and merge.
